Please be aware the funding arrangements for the Lord Mayor of Chester’s role has changed. As of 1 April the role will be completely funded by a precept paid only by residents of the Chester City area, this means that the Lord Mayor of Chester, Deputy Lord Mayor of Chester and Sheriff of Chester can only attend events that are taking place within the old Chester City Council boundary (this does not apply to invitations from other civic offices or local authorities) if you would like further advice please contact us.

To comply with the Data Protection Act (2018), we need your permission before we use any images of you, your child/children or the group you are responsible for. We will only use images with your agreement, for a specific purpose and for a set period. Where photographs or recordings of social/community groups are organised and individuals can be easily identified, group leaders must identify whether any individual does not want to appear in the photograph or filming. It is the responsibility of the group leader to make sure any individual who does not want to be photographed/recorded is not included in any footage.
The form provides you with the option to select the channels which you would be happy for the photo or video to be used on.
